TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please READ carefully. By purchasing the subscription to Teacher Boss Society (referred to as the "Program"), the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by Independent Teacher Academy™. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein. The Company and You may be referred to collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.

PROGRAM/SERVICE

Company agrees to provide access to the Teacher Boss Society, inclusive of digital or downloadable resources, an online course, one-on-one or group coaching, workshops, trainings, and online private forums operated by the Company (collectively referred to as the “Program”) as outlined on the web page where You register. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by all policies and procedures set forth in this Agreement.

You will have access to Teacher Boss Society through their Members Only Facebook Community, as long as you remain a member in good standing.

From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses to Program participants. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment, subject to availability. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available indefinitely and may vary depending on specific promotions throughout the year.

The Company reserves the right to offer additional program elements to specific subgroups of participants as bonuses, separate from the core Program services. Selection for participation in any additional program elements is at the sole discretion of the Company.

PARTICIPANTS

The Program is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Some content within the Program may not be suitable for children. Company disclaims all liability for use by individuals under the age of 18.

The Program is designed for online business owners and entrepreneurs who will apply the skills and strategies taught in the Program to their businesses.

FEES

By subscribing to the Teacher Boss Society Program, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee of $9.97, billed after a 1-week free trial period. If you choose to continue with the subscription after the trial period, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your selected payment method.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment for the subscription will be automatically charged to the payment method provided during registration. If payment is declined, you must provide a new payment method promptly to avoid termination of Program access.

REFUND POLICY

Given the unique nature of our Membership, Teacher Boss Society does not provide refunds. To avoid further charges, it is necessary to cancel your membership before the upcoming billing cycle.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; LIMITED LICENSE

All Program content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. As a Teacher Boss Society participant, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECURITY

While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee 100% security of data transmitted over the internet. By transmitting information to the Company, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.

MODIFICATION

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Company’s website, and purchasers will be notified.

TERMINATION

The Company may terminate your access to the Program at any time without notice for disruptive behavior, violation of Program guidelines, or breach of this Agreement. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts, and any remaining subscription payments will be due immediately.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Program, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

While we strive to accurately represent our Program, there is no guarantee of earnings. Your success depends on various factors beyond our control. We do not promise or guarantee any level of success or earnings. Your use of Program materials is at your own risk.
